meet & mingle: animation meets games 2019 - a successful networking evening

Over 80 guests from the Hamburg games and film industry came together yesterday evening for meet & mingle: animation meets games at the SAE Institute Hamburg. The event was jointly organized by gamecity:Hamburg and Filmförderung Schleswig-Holstein Hamburg with the kind support of the Handelskammer Hamburg. Maurice Hagelstein from Tiny Roar and Dirk Beinhold from akkord film gave exciting impulse lectures on working with well-known IPs and discussed commonalities and differences between the industries in the subsequent panel. We would like to thank everyone who took part!

The community convention Polaris takes place on October 11-13 with a three-day program including gaming, e-sports, anime and manga, cosplay, and content creation. Gamecity Hamburg provides free booth packages for Hamburg-based developers, teams, and studios. Applications are open until August 25!
