Games Compass Hamburg - #Team Diversity

Last Wednesday, the Games Compass Hamburg brought together decision-makers from the games and digital industry for the fifth time.

The networking event organized by InnoGames and gamecity:Hamburg is a platform for the digital economy to exchange experiences and best practices.

Under the topic #Team Diversity, Vera Marie Rodewald (Initiative Creative Gaming), Mareike Ottrand (Studio Fizbin/ HAW Hamburg), Felix Falk (game - Association of the German Games Industry) and Carsten Brosda (Senator of the Hamburg Ministry of Culture and Media) discussed the topic of diversity in a panel discussion together with Funda Yakin (InnoGames).

The #Team Diversity initiative, which launched in December 2019, is committed to promoting greater diversity and inclusion within the games industry. LINK

Especially the diversity in the important media location Hamburg was positively highlighted and the panel participants agreed that the games industry particularly profits from this.
