Explore an abandoned theatre that has been taken over by monsters who are hungry for love.  Escape the monster lurking within yourself in this part rock musical part adventure game.

Explore an abandoned theatre that has been taken over by monsters and uncover the mystery that brought you to this strange place.

Escape from the Troll in the orchestra pit, watch out for Teenage Vampire and Zombie Girl for they are hungry for love and don’t meet Medusa’s gaze or else you turn into stone.

Watch the monsters tell you about their true longing through heartfelt songs and solve riddles to escape each monster’s grasp. But be careful or else you become the monster you fear most.

Monstersongs VR combines theatrical performances with adventure gameplay. Enjoy each song up close and solve riddles to uncover the true identity of each monster.

Take the front row seat as the monsters take on the stage in the theater at night.

Monstersongs VR is based on the musical written by Rob Rokicki, the composer of the Broadway musical The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical and the accompanying graphic novel by David O’Neill. Denise Koch combines her experience as a theatre and game producer to merge these two genres to a unique immersive VR experience. Teaming up with Hamburg based studios Bagpack Games and Digital Circus to use motion capture to bring musical performances to the virtual stage and working with 3D artist Terry Fischer to bring the monsters to live.
