Recap: This was the Game Playtest Night #4 at XPERION Hamburg
What a night! Game Playtest Night #4 at XPERION Hamburg brought together developers and players for a a fantastic evening full of games, conversations, and creativity – and a one-of-a-kind opportunity to peek behind the curtain of game development.

From cozy exploration adventures to adrenaline-pumping action, the lineup of playable games was as diverse as the people attending. Guests got to test early versions of upcoming titles, exchange thoughts directly with the developers, and give live feedback that will genuinely shape the future of these games.
The atmosphere at XPERION was buzzing: between glowing screens, laughter from multiplayer matches, and the occasional “aha!” moment after discovering a clever game mechanic, it was clear that everyone shared the same passion. The casual after-work setup made it easy to connect, chat, and exchange experiences — not just between players, but also between devs themselves. For many, it was a rare chance to see how much heart, iteration, and collaboration go into making a game — and to be part of that process, even if just for one night. As the evening wrapped up, smiles, passionate discussions, and notebooks full of fresh insights were proof of how valuable this event was for everyone involved.
